Science Based Training

We have forged a tight relationship with THP (Tatum Human Performance) to be the first in the nation to measure lacrosse performance at the highest level.  With data driven results, science base lacrosse training will soon be the gold standard for training, injury prevention, and recovery. This analysis will allow you to evaluate players individually, as a team, and compare your results to other teams and top lacrosse professionals*.  With this data, our trainers will be able to create training plans that will allow your team to reach their goals and prevent injury.

The Assessments

Our trainers will run players through a variety of test that measure skills directly related to performance on the lacrosse field.  They will be testing for strength, power, speed, change of direction and other lacrosse specific skills.  The trainers will then develop a personalized plan to meet the needs of the team

Injury Prevention

Preventing injuries before they happen should be part of any training program.  Players will be evaluated in order to find their weaknesses, This is beneficial so they can work to strengthen their bodies and prevent injuries from happening in the first place.  

Recovery

Self care after a game, hard practice, or injury is key to letting the body recuperate & get back out on the fields faster.  We offer a selection of services, including compression therapy, halotherapy with infrared, full body cryotherapy, red light therapy and more.
